55(1)Section 82 (code of conduct for local government employees) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (5) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)the Auditor General for Wales,”.
(3)In subsection (6)(b) for “Audit Commission” substitute “Auditor General for Wales”.
