53 Ceasing to be a community interest company E+W+S

A community interest company may not cease to be a community interest company except by dissolution or as provided—

(a) by [F1 sections 54 to 55A] (becoming a charity F2 ...), or

(b) if regulations are made under section 56 (becoming [F3 a registered society] ), by the regulations.
