SCHEDULE 5 E+W+N.I. Powers of inspection, entry, search and seizure

Entry and inspection of licensed premises E+W+N.I.

2 (1) A duly authorised person may at any reasonable time enter and inspect any premises in respect of which a licence is in force. E+W+N.I.

(2) The power in sub-paragraph (1) is exercisable for purposes of the Authority’s functions in relation to licences.
