““civil partner” includes former civil partner;”.
(3)In the definition of “relative”—
(a)in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”, and
(b)in the words following paragraph (c), for “a child born in wedlock” substitute “ the legitimate child of the relationship in question ”.
