Amend paragraphs 4(d) and 8(d) of Schedule 1 (requirements for naturalisation under sections 6(2) and 18(2)) as follows.

In the paragraph (f) set out in each of those provisions, after “to whom the applicant is married” insert “ , or of whom the applicant is the civil partner, ”.
