29 S In section 26 (presumption of equal shares in money and property derived from housekeeping allowance)—

(a) after first “marriage” insert “ or civil partnership ”,

(b) after second “marriage” insert “ or as the case may be of a partner in a civil partnership ”, and

(c) after second and third “party” insert “ or partner ”.
