Commencement Dates
1310.Section 322 gives detail of the dates for commencement of the provisions within the Act. Those listed in subsection (2) came into force at Royal Assent. Subsections (3) and (4) list those sections that come into force fully on the 6th April 2005. The remaining provisions of the Act come into force in accordance with orders made by the Secretary of State which may include transitional provisions and savings.
