The Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (c. 8) is amended as follows.

In Schedule 1 (offices which may be qualifying offices), in Part 2, at the appropriate place insert— “ President or Deputy President of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal ”

In Schedule 5 (relevant offices in relation to retirement provisions), at the appropriate place insert— “ Member of the Pensions Regulator Tribunal. ”
