In Schedule 4 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (c. 13) (relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7) of that Act), at the appropriate place insert— “ The Pensions Regulator Tribunal constituted under section 102 of the Pensions Act 2004. ”
