22 (1) A strategic planning panel must, for each financial year, prepare a report on the exercise of its functions during that year. E+W

(2) Not later than 30 November after the end of each financial year, the panel must—

(a) publish the report for that year, and

(b) send copies of the report to—

(i) the constituent local planning authorities, and

(ii) the Welsh Ministers.]
