24(1)Section 298 of the principal Act (supplementary provisions as to Crown and Duchy interests) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)Subsections (1) and (2) are omitted.
(3)In subsection (3) after “in which there is” there is inserted “ a Crown interest or ”.
