6E+W+SIn section 13 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1969 (exercise of powers relating to walkways), in the proviso for the words from “any local plan” to “Schedule 1 to that Act)” there is substituted “ a local development document (within the meaning of Part 2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004) ”.
