In paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 2A to the Judicial Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 1951 (as inserted by Schedule 2 to the Judicial Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/2631 (N.I. 24))) for “the Inland Revenue” substitute “ the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs ”.
