In paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 2A to the County Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1959 (as inserted by Schedule 2 to the Judicial Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/2631 (N.I. 24))) for “the Inland Revenue” substitute “the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs”.
