14In section 20(7) (regulations may provide for a person’s lack of capacity not to justify discrimination where another person has been appointed to act on that person’s behalf), for paragraph (c) (appointments under the law of Scotland) there is substituted—

(c)powers are exercisable in relation to a disabled person’s property or affairs in consequence of the appointment, under the law of Scotland, of a guardian, tutor or judicial factor.
