Application and commencement of scheme

A scheme may set out the property, rights and liabilities to be transferred in one or more of the following ways—
a
by specifying or describing them in particular;
b
by identifying them generally by reference to an undertaking from which they are to be transferred; or
c
by identifying them by reference to a specified part of such an undertaking.

A scheme comes into force on the date appointed by the scheme.
