3 (1) Section 8 (parenting orders) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) a parental compensation order is made in relation to a child's behaviour;”.

(3) In subsection (6)(a)—

(a) after “paragraph (a)” insert “ , (aa) ”,
