16 (1) Paragraph 18 (investigations managed by the Commission) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In sub-paragraph (1), for “or recordable conduct matter” substitute “ , recordable conduct matter or DSI matter ”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2), for “(6)” substitute “ (6A) ”.
