Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 (c. 16) E+W

164 (1) Section 104 (vice-chairmen) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit subsection (3).

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ and ”, and

(b) omit paragraph (c) and the word “and” before it.

(4) Omit subsection (8).
