183 (1) Section 45 (code of practice relating to exercise of police powers) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1) omit “and by Directors General”.

(3) In subsection (3) omit paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (e).

(4) In subsection (5) omit “or a Director General”.
