SCHEDULE 6 E+W Minor and consequential amendments relating to Chapter 6 of Part 2

Limitation Act 1980 (c. 58) E+W

2 E+W In section 27A(3) of the Limitation Act 1980 (time limits for bringing proceedings for recovery order: when proceedings are brought)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) an application is made for a property freezing order, or”, and

(b) for “earlier” substitute “ earliest ”.
