3 E+W In Article 72A(3) of the Limitation (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 (time limits for bringing proceedings for recovery order: when proceedings are brought)—

(a) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) an application is made for a property freezing order, or”, and

(b) for “earlier” substitute “ earliest ”.
