50E+WIn section 5 of the Armed Forces Act 2001 (power of judicial officer to authorise entry and search of certain premises), in subsection (2)(a), for “a serious arrestable offence for the purposes of the 1984 Act” substitute “ an indictable offence ”. This paragraph has the same extent as the Armed Forces Act 2001.
