SCHEDULE 2 E+W Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment

Interpretation E+W

15 (1) The appointed day is the day on which section 92 comes into force. E+W

(2) The financial year of the Commission is the period of 12 months ending on 31 March.

(3) But the first financial year of the Commission is the period—

(a) starting on the appointed day, and

(b) ending on the following 31 March.
