The Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978 is amended as follows.

In section 10(5), after “except” insert—

an order or regulations under section 2A above, or regulations under section 2C above, made by the National Assembly for Wales; or
3
In section 11(1), after “that is to say—” insert—
“appropriate person” means—
a
in relation to a local authority in England, the Secretary of State;
b
in relation to a local authority in Wales, the National Assembly for Wales;
