29 E+W In section 29 of the Higher Education Act 2004 (sections 23 to 28: supplementary provisions), in subsection (3)—

(a) for “the 1994 Act” substitute “ the 2005 Act ”, and

(b) for “Teacher Training Agency” substitute “ Training and Development Agency for Schools ”.
