Rollover E+W+S

58 (1) The Secretary of State may by regulations impose in relation to exempt lotteries conditions or limitations in respect of the use of a rollover (in addition to any conditions or limitations set out in this Schedule). E+W+S

(2) Regulations under this paragraph may apply generally, only in relation to a specified class of lottery or only in specified circumstances.
