There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Gambling Act 2005, Paragraph 10.
10(1)An occupier of premises in respect of which a permit has effect commits an offence if without reasonable excuse he fails to produce the permit on request for inspection by —E+W+S
(a)a constable,
(b)an enforcement officer, or
(c)an authorised local authority officer.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under this paragraph shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
