(1)
As soon as is reasonably practicable after the end of each financial year the Commission shall send to the Secretary of State a report about the activities of the Commission during the year.
(2)
Where the Secretary of State receives a report under sub-paragraph (1)—
(a)
he shall lay a copy before Parliament, and
(b)
he may arrange for the report to be published.
