SCHEDULE 5 E+W+S Transfer from Gaming Board to Gambling Commission: Supplementary Provision

1 E+W+S In this Schedule—

• “the Board” means the Gaming Board for Great Britain,

• “commencement” means the coming into force of section 21, and

• “the Commission” means the Gambling Commission.
