The Secretary of State may by regulations provide for a specified condition to be attached to operating licences falling within a specified description.

Transitional provision of regulations under this section (made by virtue of section 355(1)(c)) may, in particular, apply a condition (with or without modification) to licences issued before the regulations are made (or come into force).
