Allocation to Queen's Bench Division U.K.

10 U.K.In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the [F1 Senior Courts Act 1981] (c. 54) (business allocated to Queen's Bench Division), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) all control order proceedings (within the meaning of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005);”.
