The Taxation of Chargeable Gains Act 1992 is amended as follows.

(2)

In section 61 (funds in court) in subsection (3)—

(a)

for “Supreme Court” in paragraph (a) substitute “ Senior Courts ”;

(b)

for “Supreme Court of Judicature in England” substitute “ Senior Courts ”;

(c)

for “Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland” in each place substitute “ Court of Judicature ”.
