29 U.K. In paragraph 4(3)(b) of Schedule 3 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (the Proscribed Organisations Appeal Commission) for “the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876)” substitute “ Part 3 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005) or is or has been a member of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council ”.
