Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) E+W+S

10 (1) Section 144 (child benefit: exclusions and priority) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) Omit subsection (1).

(3) In subsection (2), omit “in other cases”.

(4) In subsection (3), after “same child” insert “ or qualifying young person ”.
