34(1)Section 121(1) (Parts 1 to 6: interpretation) is amended as follows.N.I.
(2)For the definition of “child” substitute—
““child” has the same meaning as in Part 9 of this Act;”.
(3)Insert at the appropriate place—
““qualifying young person” has the same meaning as in Part 9 of this Act;”.
