Part 8Standard authorisations: review

Notice of outcome of review

(1)

When the review of the standard authorisation is complete, the supervisory body must give notice to all of the following—

(a)

the managing authority of the relevant hospital or care home;

(b)

the relevant person;

(c)

the relevant person's representative;

(d)

any section 39D IMCA.

(2)

That notice must state—

(a)

the outcome of the review, and

(b)

what variation (if any) has been made to the authorisation under this Part.
