SCHEDULE 1 U.K.The Olympic Delivery Authority

Financial year U.K.

33 (1) The financial year of the Authority shall be the period of 12 months ending with the 31st March. U.K.

(2) But the first financial year of the Authority shall be the period—

(a) beginning with the coming into force of section 3, and

(b) ending with the following 31st March.
