Section 6A of the 1974 Act shall not apply in relation to applications made before the commencement of section 27 of this Act.

Section 6(2A) of the 1974 Act shall not apply in relation to applications so made.

The repeal by this Act of the words “and must be accompanied by the specified fee” in section 6(2) of the 1974 Act has no effect in relation to applications so made.
