2Statements to be provided in relation to regulated agreements

Section 77A of the 1974 Act applies in relation to agreements whenever made.

Section 77A shall have effect in relation to agreements made before the commencement of section 6 of this Act as if the period mentioned in subsection (1)(a) were the period of one year beginning with the day of the commencement of section 6.
