(a) in subsections (1), (3), (4) and (6), for “the appropriate Conservancy Council” (in each place) substitute “ the appropriate conservation body ”,

(b) in subsection (4)(a), for “English Nature” substitute “ Natural England ”, and

(c) in subsection (6), for “Council's” substitute “ body's ”.
