1A conservation board for an area of outstanding natural beauty in England.

2A joint committee of two or more local authorities which is discharging, in relation to an area of outstanding natural beauty, functions of those authorities under sections 89 and 90 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (c. 37).

3A local authority (as defined by section 86).

4A National Park authority established for a National Park in England.

5The Board of Trustees of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

6The British Potato Council.

7The British Waterways Board.

8The Broads Authority.

9The Commission for Rural Communities.

10The Environment Agency.

11Food From Britain.

12The Forestry Commissioners.

13The Gangmasters' Licensing Authority.
