The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—

• this section,

• sections 104 to 108,

• sections 110 and 111, and

• paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (and section 103(1) so far as relating to that paragraph).

The other provisions of this Act come into force in accordance with provision made by order by the appropriate authority (as determined under section 110).
