40U.K.In section 5(1)(a) (general duties of auditors in relation to accounts of health service bodies) for [“subsection (2), or (2B) of section 98 of the National Health Service Act 1977” substitute “paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 15 to the National Health Service Act 2006”].
