43 U.K. In section 144(2) of the Government of Wales Act 1998 (accounts, audit and reports) for “the accounts kept in pursuance of section 98(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977 (accounts and audit of NHS bodies)” substitute “ any accounts kept or prepared in pursuance of paragraph 3 or 4 of Schedule 12B to the National Health Service Act 1977 (requirement for Welsh NHS bodies to keep accounts or prepare annual accounts) ”.
