SCHEDULE 10 U.K.Minor and consequential amendments

Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38) U.K.

42 (1) Section 28 (reform of other Welsh public bodies) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) For “ [F1 Assembly] ” (in each place) substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “considers” substitute “ consider ”.

(4) After subsection (7) insert—

“(7A) A statutory instrument containing an order under this section is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the [F1 Assembly] .”
