Government of Wales Act 2006

51 (1) Section 147 (power of Secretary of State by order to make provision about Environment Agency's Welsh functions) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(a), for “ [F1 Assembly] ” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.

(3) In subsection (3), for “22” substitute “ 58 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 ”.

(4) In subsection (4), for “ [F1 Assembly] ” (in each place) substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.
