71(1)Section 10 (other excluded matters) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)For “ [F1Assembly] ” (in both places) substitute “ Welsh Ministers ”.
(3)After subsection (3) insert—
“(3A)No order is to be made under subsection (2) unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the [F1Assembly] .”
