Section 25 (consultation and co-operation with other ombudsmen) is amended as follows.

In subsections (8) and (9), for “Assembly” substitute “Welsh Ministers”.

After subsection (9) insert—

No order is to be made under subsection (8) unless a draft of the statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Assembly.
