In Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 (official pensions), in paragraph 38B, for “section 18(2)(b) of the Government of Wales Act 1998” substitute “ section 20(4)(b) or section 53(4)(b) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 ”.
